Identifying potential career paths for the students on your teams

The Dream Maker Initiative is overseen by Jack Nowakowski, a fifteen-year FIRST veteran who has been involved in FRC as a student, college mentor, and now as an adult mentor. Feel free to contact Jack directly at jnowakowski@jacsoncac.org to discuss what services you would like to pursue for your students and schedule a time to meet with the trained advisors from the College and Career Access Center of Jackson.

Team Support
In addition to career path help, the Dream Maker Initiative has funding available through FIRST in Michigan to help you build your younger programs.  If you don’t currently have an FTC team in your middle school, or an FLL Challenge (Upper Elementary), Explore (K-3) or Discover (Pre-K) team, please contact Gail Alpert at gail@firstinmichgan.org 248-425-4148 to help you start one with a free kit, registration, and seed money!  It’s never too late to start building your pipeline!

All the Best,
